One of the ways to become a good human beings is by staying away from the sins. When we don't get much opportunities to do good deeds, we must strive to stay away from the bad one. In this way we start performing good deeds in the time which we have saved from abstaining the bad ones.

So, if you cannot do good deeds, at least stop committing sins.
